At Culture Drip, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. We carefully pack every order and work with reliable delivery partners to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

1. How Much Are the Delivery Charges?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1299.

For orders below ₹1299, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout before you complete your order.

2. What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

Orders are generally delivered within 2–10 working days from the date of order.

This includes order processing and shipping time. Most orders are delivered within 7 working days, while some locations may take up to 7–10 working days.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We ship orders through reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping and tracking information so that you can follow your package.

4. Are There Any Hidden Charges?

We believe in transparent pricing.

There are no unexpected shipping charges added after checkout. Applicable taxes, including GST wherever applicable, are included or displayed as required before you complete your purchase.

The final amount payable will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the shipment tracking details with you through the contact information provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking number or tracking link provided by the courier or logistics partner to check your delivery status.

6. Which Locations Do You Ship To?

Culture Drip currently ships jewellery orders across India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your PIN code. You can check the availability of delivery to your location during checkout.

7. Is Express Delivery Available?

Express delivery may be available for selected locations and orders, subject to courier serviceability.

Where available, express shipping charges may range between ₹100 and ₹350, depending on the delivery location and shipping requirements.

Express delivery is generally available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and non-working days.

Estimated express delivery time may vary by location. Delivery to Delhi NCR may be possible on the next working day, while other locations may take approximately 2–4 working days, subject to courier serviceability.

8. International Shipping

At present, Culture Drip primarily delivers orders within India.

If international shipping is available for your location, the applicable shipping charges will depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected.

Any applicable customs duties, import duties, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders may also be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can affect the estimated delivery time.

9. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances such as courier issues, incorrect address details, weather conditions, public holidays, high shipping volumes or other unforeseen events.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or has not been delivered, please contact our support team at care@culturedrip.in, and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure that your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are correct before placing your order.

Culture Drip may not be responsible for delivery delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address or contact information provided by the customer.
